Thailand Tariff Policy

Thank you for purchasing "Mermaid Closet" products.

(1) Regarding Customs Duties

Our products are shipped directly from Japan. For international deliveries, upon arrival in Thailand, "customs duties, consumption tax, and other import fees" may be levied by the Customs Department of the Kingdom of Thailand.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

(2) Obligation to Pay

The obligation to pay these import taxes, customs duties, and fees rests with the purchaser (recipient). You will be billed directly by the shipping company or customs in accordance with the laws of your residential area.

We accurately declare the value of our products and do not under-declare. For exact amounts, please contact the Thai Customs Department directly.

(3) Risks of Refusing to Pay Customs Duties

If you refuse to pay the levied customs duties or import taxes, the product will either be confiscated by customs or returned to our store.

If returned, the following costs will not be eligible for a refund:

1. Original shipping fee paid
2. Return shipping costs incurred when the product is sent back
3. Other customs fees

When processing a refund, these costs will be deducted from the original order amount. Please be sure to review and agree to this policy before placing your order.
